Refund Policy

No automatic refunds
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period, but we do not provide automatic refunds for partial periods, unused quota, or failed AI generations.
Billing disputes
If you believe you were billed in error or a service-side outage materially affected your paid usage, contact support. We review disputes manually and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
