No automatic refunds
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide automatic refunds for partial periods, unused quota, or failed AI generations.
Billing disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, or a service-side outage materially affected your paid usage, contact support. We review disputes manually and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

Email support@formius.ai with your account email, invoice reference, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within two business days.
