How it works

You write a prompt like "a client intake form for a design studio: contact details, project type, budget range, timeline, and a place to upload a brief". Formius sends that to Claude with a strict output contract and gets back a fully structured form: field labels, the right field type for each answer, select options where they make sense, and validation rules such as required fields and email formats.

The result is saved as a draft. Nothing is published and no link is live until you decide it is ready, so you can generate freely and throw away anything that misses.
